I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, which truly felt like a hidden gem. The property is beautifully designed and offers a peaceful retreat, especially the superb detox program. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. However, service at times was a bit slow, and the bar area could use a livelier atmosphere. All in all, it was a memorable visit, and I can't wait to return!
I had a lovely stay overall with amazing views and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring so many delicious options. However, there were two massive weddings during my stay that caused quite a bit of noise and disruptions, which was a downside. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with wonderful staff in the dining and pool areas, but the reception staff seemed unapproachable.
My stay at Alila Diwa Hotel was remarkable. The warm welcome upon arrival, combined with the beautiful property and great amenities made for a delightful experience.
